Fashionista Program Terms

1. The program

The Fashionista program lets you earn points for taking part — completing the style quiz, rating styles, and inviting friends who join. Points can be redeemed for prizes such as merchandise, fashion samples, and recognition perks.

2. No purchase necessary

No purchase is ever necessary to join the program, earn points, or redeem a prize. You never pay anything to participate, and you can never buy points.

3. Points are earned, not purchased

Points have no cash value, are not your property, and are non-transferable. We may adjust how points are earned or what they are worth at any time. Points are a promotional reward for taking part — not a security, currency, or investment.

4. No cash redemption

Points are redeemable for prizes only. There is no cash redemption and no payout of any kind. Prizes are fulfilled at our discretion and subject to availability.

5. Referrals & your circle

You can invite friends with your personal link. When someone you refer joins and completes the quiz, you may earn promotional points — and a smaller, decreasing number of points may also reach the people who referred you, up to three levels.

Referral points are a promotional reward only. They are capped per day and per week, have no cash value, and are never a commission, a payment, earnings, or income. You are not paid for referrals, recruiting is not required, and joining always costs nothing. The program is not an income or business opportunity.

6. Redemption is deterministic

Every prize has a fixed point cost — there are no prize wheels, random draws, or games of chance. You always know exactly what a redemption costs before you make it.

7. Taxes

The fair-market value of any prize you receive may be taxable income to you, and you are responsible for any taxes owed. We cap the total fair-market value of prizes you can redeem in a calendar year, and may refuse a redemption that would exceed that cap.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to take the quiz and at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to redeem prizes. The program is void where prohibited.

9. Fair play

We may withhold, void, or reverse points obtained through fraud, abuse, fake accounts, or self-referral, and may suspend or remove anyone who breaks these terms.

10. Changes & termination

We may change these terms, suspend, or end the program at any time, for any reason, without notice or liability. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Privacy

Your quiz answers and profile help us understand style preferences. You may request deletion of your quiz result and profile at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the program will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, New York.
