- How fast can I get samples?
- We develop first samples in as little as 7–14 days, using our New York studio together with our partner facilities in Greater China — so your line keeps moving.
- What categories and sizes do you make?
- All sizes and styles — women's, men's, juniors, girls, and boys knitwear, from sweaters and cardigans to layered separates. One partner for the whole family.
- How do I browse the line and place orders?
- Through your buyer portal: browse the full collection, build wishlists and custom lists, request samples, and follow your orders — always current, no PDFs to chase. Sign in, or request access if you are new.
- Do I have to use the portal, or can I work with a real person?
- Both — that's the point. The portal lets you browse the line, build your buy, and track orders on your own time, but you are never on your own. Reach our team in the portal, by email, or on the phone; the old-fashioned way is always welcome.
- Can we meet in person — do you travel, or have a showroom?
- We are based in New York, but we come to you. We travel to meet clients in their home cities and bring the rack with us, so you can see and feel the line in person — and you are always welcome at our New York showroom by appointment.
- Where is Creative Worldwide based, and where do you produce?
- We are anchored in New York City, with sweater production throughout the Guangzhou and Dongguan regions of Greater China.
- How long has Creative Worldwide been in business?
- Since 1991 — more than three decades designing and manufacturing knitwear for major U.S. retailers.
- Which retailers do you work with?
- Our knitwear sells at retailers including Nordstrom, Bloomingdale's, TJ Maxx, Stitch Fix, Rent the Runway, Buckle, Maurices, Ross, Von Maur, and Dillard's.
- What services do you offer beyond manufacturing?
- Full-service support from concept to floor-ready delivery — design & sampling, fit & pattern making, programming, production, quality inspection, and shipping. We can also develop exclusive yarns and styles just for you.
- Can you handle our specific minimums, pricing, or compliance needs?
- Every program is different — reach out and we'll walk you through minimums, terms, and compliance for your assortment. We stay current with EDI and the electronic shipping requirements major retailers expect.
